Parrot’s cocktail bar is inspired by Speakeasy bar culture that originates from the United States alcohol prohibition era of 20’s & 30’s.
Speakeasy bars had a hidden entrance & these places offered alcoholic spirits, jazz music & nice atmosphere to people who wanted to spend good time & socialize. The guests where intelligent & respectful towards the bar rules, holding each others secrets, talking quietly not to catch attention & always leaving through a secret doors.
Parrot’s Speakeasy offers an exquisite cocktail menu featuring both timeless classics and unique creations crafted by the talented cocktail virtuoso, Ats Kaal. Parrot’s mixologists invite our guests on a vibrant journey through the world of cocktails, promising delightful surprises for every taste.
